Ului downgraded below cyclone strength

Damaging winds are no longer expected from Ex-Tropical Cyclone Ului, which has now been downgraded below cyclone strength.

Ex-Tropical Cyclone Ului is continuing to move further inland and is now located west of Collinsville.

Heavy rainfall and flooding is likely to continue about coastal and adjacent inland areas between Bowen and St Lawrence.
